Who is Bombillo Amarillo?

Bombillo Amarillo is a Colombian animation company with 10 years of experience, more than 20 projects and 60 artists, with 1 office in Medellin. They are specialized in the creation of commercials and animated series, they are also specialists in the creation of the diegetic universe and characters in a narrative.

The client’s need

The client was looking for help because of the problems they were facing in managing staff and time, creating executive reports for their clients, and tracking the status and history of their projects. They needed solutions to improve efficiency in these areas and get a clear, up-to-date view of their operations.

How we solved it

We carried out a complete user research using Design Thinking tools, this way we got to know the client’s pain points, then we designed the platform and built the interactive prototype using Adobe XD and finally we developed the platform using Angular’s FrameWork.

Thanks to the tool created by Holistic, bombillo amarillo managed to keep a history of the assignments of their projects and staff in a much more organised and easy to consult way, in addition to making adjustments in real time, improving delivery times and knowing exactly what each collaborator was doing at all times.
