Who is ProColombia?

ProColombia is responsible for promoting tourism, foreign investment in Colombia, non-mining and non-energy exports, as well as enhancing the country’s reputation.

ProColombia provides comprehensive support and guidance to its clients through a network of national and international offices. It provides services and tools designed to facilitate the planning and execution of their international expansion strategy, with the objective of generating, developing and realising business opportunities.

 

The client’s need

The client seeks to improve the user experience in domestic products and purchasing abroad through the B2B marketplace platform. The objective is to promote exports, strengthen the image of Colombia as an attractive business destination and have a detailed follow-up in the purchasing process. This includes product and service recommendations, notifications and alerts, as well as using data analytics and artificial intelligence.

How we solved it

The user experience process focused on investigating the current process of B2B marketplace to understand it and establish a parallel with the vision of the entity, taking into account the functionalities to facilitate quick searches within the system, improve the registration process, traceability in the purchasing processes, notifications associated with information by profile, activities for the administration of products and services, create work plans, as well as publication of ProColombia events.
