Who is Cargando?<\/h2>\n

Cargando is a road freight transport company headquartered in Nobsa, Boyac\u00e1, created in 2001. It employs more than 100 people, has 13 frequent routes and operates throughout Colombia.<\/h4>\n

The client’s need<\/h2>\n

The client was looking for help due to the technological limitations and low performance of its internal logistics management platform. The objective was to centralise the operation’s data, have total control and make efficient use of resources in infrastructure and human talent. To achieve this, they decided to undertake a system modernisation.<\/h4>\n

How we solved it<\/h2>\n

The team conducted an exhaustive mapping of the land freight logistics process, using Design Thinking tools. Stakeholders, pain points and opportunities to add value to the business were identified. Based on these findings, the platform was designed in Figma, dividing the development into sprints that were executed simultaneously with the progress of the design.<\/h4>\n
