Who is the Ministry of Justice?<\/h2>\n

The Ministry of Justice and Law is an entity at the central level, head of the Justice and Law Sector, which leads the development of public policies on justice and effective protection of rights, within the framework of a Social and Democratic Rule of Law.<\/h4>\n

The client’s needs<\/h2>\n

The processes and tools under which cases are dealt with in the family police stations in Colombia present many inconsistencies that lead to a deterioration in the timely attention given to cases of domestic violence. The mechanisms do not guarantee the timely restoration of rights, the attention is dependent on the strength or weakness of the municipality, there is institutional disarticulation between the moments of prevention-care-protection-monitoring, among other difficulties. In general, strategies and processes are implemented without a vision of a unified system.<\/h4>\n

How we solve it<\/h2>\n

Design, develop and implement 12 modules of the web system, covering the processes for citizen attention in the family police stations in Colombia.<\/h4>\n

Based on design, experience and interface tools, we identified the needs of the actors and proposed the system that was subsequently developed, with which we sought to streamline and improve the management capacity and access to information within the police stations, in order to facilitate the protection of the law for the community in a timely manner.<\/h4>\n
